People Operations

Establish a benchmarked comp structure and benefits plan. Develop clear policies and procedures and support an engaged culture. Build a performance management process.

Financial Functions

Establish routine bookkeeping and regular financial reporting. Set up and manage company cap table and equity incentive program. Coordinate tax return preparation and other required filings. Document financial policies and procedures. If you already have an accounting team in place, we will work with them to ensure processes are running smoothly.

Investor Closing

Maintain a well organized and compliant corporate record. Provide data room coordination. Prepare projections, financial reports and pro forma cap table. Respond to diligence requests.

Contracting Protocols

Provide a cost-conscious approach to working with your legal counsel. Issue routine company agreements. Help develop standard contract terms and forms. Establish an efficient contract review and negotiation process.

Lisa Brughera

Financial & Business Process Lead

 

Lisa is a highly versatile program and project manager with demonstrated experience building all aspects of the administrative function. Most recently, she was Director of Finance and Administration for a rapidly growing start-up in the automotive driving space. There Lisa instituted all functions from establishing the company’s facilities to wrapping up the finances after acquisition. In between she defined and built out all finance, people operations, and general administrative functions. Prior to that, she spent 5 years growing Sound Start and supporting a range of small businesses. She also spent 10 years as a Project Manager and Department Head developing affordable multifamily housing.

Meeta Patel

Sr. General Administrator

 

Meeta’s experience includes close to six years in accounting at a small start-up doing accounts receivable, full cycle accounts payable, general accounting and month end close. Most recently, she worked in a large public company as part of the financial planning and analysis team.
